Do you travel?

I love traveling! The photo opportunities is one of the things I love most about traveling.  Any travel outside of San Antonio, Texas will need to be covered.  Contact me and we can discuss the cost.

What do you recommend that we bring to the shoot? Outfits? Props?

Typically, 2-4 outfits are best. This gives us some flexibility depending on the location of the shoot.  Avoid strips and white. Coordinate your colors but not in a “matchy-match” way.  Most importantly, wear something you are comfortable in and something that reflects you and your style.  Dress in a way you typically do; changing your hair, clothes and/or make-up for pictures is usually something you will regret later because you won’t look like you.

Props are a great way to reflect your style and personality so bring them! I’m totally up for experimenting and trying different things so don’t be afraid to ask about trying something!

Location?

I do not have a studio so most pictures will be done outside.  We will discuss the location before hand.  I am totally up for suggestions and requests especially anything fun or out of the ordinary like playing in the water, getting muddy, etc.  I’m willing to do just about anything you are!

Payment? Deposit?

No deposits are required at this time for portrait sessions but payment in full is expected prior to or on the day of the shoot.  Cash or check only please. Make checks payable to Danielle Lair.  All events must reserve the date with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

When will photos be available?

Within a week of your shoot, a preview will be posted.  Within a month, I will mail you a CD of all your images.

How many photos?

Portraits: generally 200-300

Events: generally 400-600

What about prints?

At this time, I do not provide prints.  Your cost includes copyright privileges so you can take the CD to any photo printing store and print whichever copies you would like.
